I love to eat salads so I'm constantly on the look out for new recipes. I found this recipe in my P90X meal plan book and loved it so I'm sharing with you.
2 cups lettuce (I use romaine)
4 hearts of palm
1 avocado
1/2 cubed mozzarella
sliced ham
1 cup cubed turkey
3 spritzes of dressing (you know the dressing I'm talking about, the one you spray)
I buy a whole cooked turkey breast (I get at least 4 salads from this) and slice it and cube it.
This is such a yummy salad that I make it for my family and they love it. The best part of this is it's healthy and gives you all the nutrients you need.
